Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Vancouver Performing Stars website at performingstars.ca ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

These terms apply to the Site only. Enrollment in VPS programs is governed by separate registration terms presented within our registration platform, Dance Studio Pro.

Use of the site

You may use the Site to:

• Learn about VPS programs, schedules, and pricing
• Contact VPS with questions or enquiries
• Navigate to the registration portal to enrol in classes

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically download Site content for commercial use
• Impersonate VPS or its staff
• Interfere with the operation of the Site

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, photography, video, logos, and design — is owned by Vancouver Performing Stars or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written consent.

Photographs and videos featuring students are used with permission from parents or guardians. To request removal of an image, contact info@performingstars.ca.

Program information and pricing

We make every effort to keep program details, schedules, and pricing accurate. However, this information is subject to change without notice. Current pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of registration through our registration portal.

VPS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services including our registration portal (Dance Studio Pro / GoStudioPro) and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VPS does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VPS and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information presented here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
